The video of Raul Cuero talking about his past and present of being in science was very interesting. I have been doing art and design for over ten years, and i always learned and developed my skills by just doing it. I didn't learn in a class, college is just there for me to get the paper that says I know what I'm doing. You learn the most and improve the most when you just do it. Mess around, that's where your creativity comes from. I agree with his view on American education, they don't teach us to want to have knowledge they only teach us to work. Creativity has been almost systemically destroyed in public school as well, many of the art programs don't exist anymore by lack of funding it is unbelievable.
